Batavia Downs Gaming & Hotel chooses QCI's enterprise platform

Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) and Batavia Downs Gaming & Hotel have jointly announced that the casino in Batavia, New York, has chosen the QCI Enterprise Platform – Nimble Edition.

The tool is currently being implemented throughout the facility and the crew responsible for marketing, player development and casino operations will be given training soon.

Elsewhere, Hard Rock International, Seminole Gaming and QCI together announced the rollout of the QCI Enterprise Platform at their casino properties in March.

The aim of this deployment is to enhance the capabilities of Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming regarding the visitor experience across properties in the US, Canada and Punta Cana (Dominican Republic).
